Fenix Security Course

As an ongoing mission by Vigilant to help our customers, we have just had the girls from Fenix Seguridad Privada spend a couple of days with us. Teresa and Marta were extremely attentive students and managed not to fall asleep after a typical Spanish lunch with no siesta. To further assist with sales of our systems we have given them a two day course, explaining everything to them so they can operate it to its full potential.

During the time of the course all aspects of the program were looked at. From creating all the different ibuttons, patrol creation, incident management, inspections etc.

Also we set up our Active Security system where they saw in first hand how it works as an unmanned control centre.

Other aspects were shown and at the end of the course they were delighted with all the extra knowledge they had gained ready to implement in their day to day running of their business.

The course was given by our Technical wiz kid Raul Gallego, he is the one that attends your technical queries on the hotline here in Spain. A true professional.
