Can I use the Vigilant software from different time zones?

Yes. Vigilant readers and applications work with GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). When data are interpreted by the software the hours are automatically converted to the corresponding time-zone.

It is important to check the time settings of your software Vigilant is correct:

• Set the offset of local time related to GMT. In Spain it is +1, but in the UK its value is 0.
• Check the estate of the option to automatically detect the DST changes: Turn it on if your country has daylight savings time, and check the dates and times of these changes are correct. If the DST option is active, then the system automatically take this into account when processing the readings.
