One of my readers does not read ibutton. Do I have to send it to the technical service to be repaired?

Check the battery

Check that the reader´s memory isn't full. Remember, the estimated capacity for a lightweight reader is 150 readings and for the 2005 and Bluetooth its 4089 readings.
