My company has decided to migrate its security software to the new Security CS. Can we transfer data into the new system?

Yes. The new system incorporates a tool for migrating data from a Vigilant 2000 system (based on Paradox) that imports all customers, their ibuttons, patrols, guards, inspectors, incidents, etc.. You can even transfer historic readings.

To do this, when you perform the new CS Security installation, you will be asked if you want to launch the import process. By answering yes, you will prompted about the folder containing data from the previous system.

This process is automatic, and when finished, all your data will be available in the new system.

Important: For the migration process to be possible, the old system's data must be updated to the version 6.1.0.15.
