How to configure Seguridad Activa to monitor services from all of my company's delegations?

It is common that each delegation has its own installation of the system and independently manage their clients, guards, patrols and inspections.

Sometimes also choose to maintain separate Seguridad Activa control centers, but it is very easy and convenient to maintain a single common control center for all of them, minimizing costs and maintenance.

Seguridad Activa offers the possibility of concentrating the control of all delegations:

  • Each delegation shall define their own customers and its services, and then export definitions to a file to be sent by email to the control center.
  • The control centre imports the received files. The system knows the origin of each service and manages them separately.

The services of a delegation can only be created and edited in origin. The control centre can only define and manage their own.

Seguridad Activa can also centralize downloads from your GSM and Bluetooth readers:

All readers send their data to the same receiving station. Once captured, the data files are automatically forwarded by email to their respective delegations to be analyzed.

And if you wish, you can also define report forwarding rules to automatically send reports in PDF format directly to your clients.
