Are the mechanical and electronical Key Control systems compatible?

Totally. The electronic system is a mechanical system that has been upgraded by fitting a radiofrequency panel that registers key activities.

You can buy the mechanical version and afterwards, if you wish, upgrade a part or the whole system to the electronic version. This is very simple and you won't need to buy new panels.

With the Key Monitor Software you will be able to manage in real-time the movement of your keys from the electronic panels. Menawhile, those panels that remain mechanical could work too, sharing same pegs.
